First Contact Center with COPC GMB 6.2 certification

Skytel Paraguay is the first company to be certified in COPC, an international standard that focuses on improving customer satisfaction, with good service and high quality, increasing revenue and reducing operating costs. In addition, Marcos Passarini, CEO of the company, talks about the opportunities that exist in the BPO industry in the country and the great opportunities for growth in the area.
Marcos Passarini & Federico Roiter were present on 5días televisión last week where they told more about the COPC certification that we have recently achieved. Positioning Skytel Paraguay as the first company to obtain this important international certification.
The Customer Operation Performance Center (COPC) certification focuses on addressing several parameters to achieve the ideal management, in key metrics or measurements, training of people who manage customers, all this supported on:
- Improve customer satisfaction with good service and high quality.
- Increase revenues
- Reduce operating costs.
In addition, Marcos Passarini talked about the existing opportunities in the BPO industry in Paraguay and highlighted the great opportunity for growth that the country has in this area. He also commented that currently in Paraguay there are eight thousand people working in this area and our strategic plan seeks to achieve exponential growth, since services can be exported to the entire Spanish-speaking market, including Brazil, making adjustments and working hard on the language.
He refers to Skytel, as an example that services can be exported, since 70% of our local production is currently exported, we are focused on the training of talent, so that they can manage with knowledge, the types of processes of industries that are complex.
One of the plans for Paraguay is to triple the payroll in the next few years. This is a business commitment, for the development of our activity, which seeks to attract investments to the country and boost our industry.
For his part, Federico Roiter, Medical Director of Skytel, commented on the changes in healthcare and how in the past they thought about the experience of the doctor attending the patient; today this has changed and now they are looking to improve the patient's experience.
Our SKYMED business unit is in charge of efficiently managing and automating technological tools and all its processes, in order to have a concrete impact, improving the patient experience, reducing costs and improving profitability.
Currently, from Paraguay we manage the patients of more than 20 healthcare clients, distributed among Spain, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina.
